Key Responsibilities
- Visit supermarkets, hotels, grocery stores, and HORECA outlets as per daily route plan
- Promote and sell ASEESA products directly from the van
- Generate orders, issue invoices, and collect payments (cash/credit as per company policy)
- Ensure proper product display, stock rotation (FIFO), and shelf visibility
- Maintain accurate daily sales reports, collection records, and stock movement
- Load, unload, and manage van stock efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase repeat sales
- Identify new sales opportunities and onboard new customers
- Ensure van cleanliness, product safety, and timely deliveries
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse team for replenishment and feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Van Salesperson / Outdoor Sales in FMCG or HORECA
- Good knowledge of UAE market, supermarkets, groceries, and hotel purchasing processes
- Valid UAE driving license (Manual preferred)
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and sales reporting
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor field conditions
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently

We are expanding! Asesa Global is looking for a versatile Sales Executive who can balance the art of the “day-to-day sale” with the strategy of high-level retail partnerships.
If you have 2+ years of experience and know how to navigate the retail ecosystem, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Hunt (Daily Sales): Actively prospecting new B2B clients, managing leads, and closing daily sales targets to drive immediate revenue.
- Retail Onboarding: Leading the Vendor Registration process with major Hypermarket chains—navigating portals, documentation, and compliance.
- Account Management: Maintaining and growing existing client relationships to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Negotiation: Expertly handling pricing discussions, contract terms, and margin agreements to protect company interests.
What We Are Looking For:
- ✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Sales or Business Development role.
- ✅ Specific Expertise: Direct experience with vendor registration/onboarding for large retail groups.
